When you call our technical services team between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST, you will speak to a live person who is physically located in North America and to whom English is his or her first and primary language.
If you need assistance outside of normal business hours and you have a service contract, our on-call technicians are available to help you. During these hours, your call will be received at our call center where we will review your specific need and then assign the proper technician who will get back to you in order to assist you.
This service operates from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM, on weekends and during holidays. All of our technicians are Imbotec employees. Our team is made up of highly trained technicians with a variety of backgrounds, certifications, and capabilities. Each team member is empowered to act quickly to any customer’s need.

Under warranty support:

Out of warranty support:
If your equipment is no longer under warranty, no worries, we can help. Give us a call for an estimate on bringing your equipment back to manufacturer standards.
Depending on the instrument, we can provide a standards certificate for ISO, ATSM, DIN or NIST. We are also able to provide calibration certificates that can be used in court. Call us for details.
Our Service Department is also trained and qualified to perform your yearly calibrations to ensure your instrument is at peak performance. Our calibrations are available in several levels of thoroughness; call us at 1 866 IMBOTEC for details.
Our Service Contracts offer you peace of mind. If your instrument is in need of care, we will send you a loaner instrument of similar capabilities, in most cases, it will be the same unit.
