This Western-European made, sturdy, single-piece meter measures moisture and temperature in both hay and straw. Built for both accuracy and durability, this hand-held unit comes with a 5 year warranty. The all stainless steel probe extends through the ergonomically shaped wooden handle, preventing breakage at the junction between probe and handle.
The meter provides a moisture measurement range of 9 - 50%, and a temperature range of 0°C - 100°C (32°F - 212°F). It is powered by a 9V battery (included).
This meter is also available in 10" (25 cm) and 20" (50 cm) versions.
